Your music depends on healthy nerves that run from your neck to your finger tips.
One of the most important nerves is the median nerve, which is involved in carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet issues.
Here’s one of my favorite exercises to keep that nerve healthy and happy.
Tip
This should feel like a stretch. You should not feel pain or tingling.
If the stretch is too intense, you have 2 options.
- Move your head in the opposite direction: If you tip your head towards the side you stretch, you give the nerve some slack. Instead of stretching, the nerve slides and glides.
