Gentle Nerve Stretching: Part 2

There are 3 main nerves that travel from your neck to your hand. The Median, Radial, and Ulnar nerves. A few weeks back, I gave you a stretch for the median nerve. Today’s stretch if for the radial nerve. Give it a try!

This should feel like a stretch. You should not feel pain or tingling.

If the stretch is too intense, you have 2 options.

  1. Move your head in the opposite direction: If you tip your head towards the side you stretch, you give the nerve some slack. Instead of stretching, the nerve slides and glides.
  2. Hold off on nerve stretching. Feel free to reach out to me (just hit reply to one of my emails to you) and I’ll do what I can to help you out.
