There are 3 main nerves that travel from your neck to your hand. The Median, Radial, and Ulnar nerves. A few weeks back, I gave you a stretch for the median nerve. Today’s stretch if for the radial nerve. Give it a try!
This should feel like a stretch. You should not feel pain or tingling.
If the stretch is too intense, you have 2 options.- Move your head in the opposite direction: If you tip your head towards the side you stretch, you give the nerve some slack. Instead of stretching, the nerve slides and glides.
