Finger Slides and Tendon Glides

These are two of my favorite exercises to do for finger and hand recovery.

Here are some ideas of when to try them.

  • First thing in the morning
  • Before you start playing
  • During practice breaks
  • After a long day in the practice room or rehearsals
  • Before bed
  • Really, anytime!

Whenever you're ready, there are 4 ways I can help you:
