The evening recovery program is meant to be done 7 days a week and consists of the first two exercises you learned.
Here’s the sequence that the musicians I’ve worked with find the best.
5 slow palm presses
Lay down on your right side and do…
-Mid back rotation 5 times
-Arm sweep 5 times
Sit up and do 5 more slow palm presses
Then lay down on the left side and do…
-Mid back rotation 5 times
-Arm sweep 5 times
Sit up and do your last 5 palm presses
Take a big breath in.
Hold it for a few seconds.
Slowly let it out.
